Is there a way to promote published e-books on here?

I have a published e-book and was wondering if there is any way to promote it here. If no, I understand. I want to do this in a respectful way. Would the easiest thing to do be to link to it on Amazon? thanks.

Lots of authors post links in their siglines. Go to the Author's Hangout section and just click on a busy thread, you'll find plenty.
