I'm starting to feel teeth coming in way in the back part of my jaw I think and what I need to ask is should I see an orthodontist or dentist first about this? It's starting to get very uncomfy. Must be wisdom teeth. Plus I need to get some other stuff done too. Probably couldn't pay for it in a million years but I need stuff done. Any recommendations or advice appreciated. Thanks so much.

Jeff

Jeff, you gotta see a dentist about those wisdom teeth, maybe an oral surgeon. You could just call a dentist, too, and explain to him what you think you need and ask if he doesn't do it, who would he recommend.

I still have my wisdom teeth, and I'm not having a damn thing done with them until they start bugging me.

Jeff go see the dentist because your wisdom teeth could be impacted or something he will take x-rays and you may have to see an oral surgeon to have them dug out. I have had it done and if you don't get it done it could cause a lot of problems and it won't get any better so get there quickly.

If you're near a university with a dental school, try them. Should be free or at least cheap.

you can also get cheap dental insurance online...it will pay about half of the cost. But the dental school is the best idea.

Oh the humanity!!

Yes,Jeff, and there is a reason. Be sure to wear earplugs, it helps to drown out the screaming.LOL

Jeff I used to be a Dental Assistant so I think you should go see the dentist and he will take x-rays and see if they need to be removed. If they need to be removed he will do it or if he cannot he will the send you to an oral surgon who will book you in for a surgical extraction. It doesn't hurt because they put you under and give you lots of drugs after to ease any pain you may feel.
If you want I will hold you hand.

Awwwww Bonnie............*sniff* Thank you.

Well they're not exactly the whitest anymore. I just wish I didn't get so lazy about this. I figured I would never find a girl and that's pretty much where I gave up. Only now am I scampering to try and find a way to get this done. Sad, huh? :(

Not sad hun. You will find the right girl just stop trying so hard. It seems that we always find the right ones when we are not looking so hard. As for your teeth get them done before it gets worse. The pain can sometimes get really bad and cause infection. Now we don't want that kissable mouth getting to sore to kiss when the right girl does show up. Right?

Bonnie

You're right. I'll do something as soon as I can get the money. *kisses* Thank you for your concern Bonnie. *big hugs* And congrats on 300 posts. :)

Wow I didn't even notice. Thank you. and try and find a dentist that will take payments. Some will. And if you still want I will hold you hand.

Of course I would love you to hold my hand even if I wasn't in the dentist's office. ;) But thank you all the same.

By the way, do you have AOL IM? We can chat about this and let this cute thread about hand holding and teeth pulling go off to pasture, lol. My screen name is jdh72680. :)
