Is it wrong to look forward to the Superbowl just to see what new ads they have?

I do follow football, and I'm glad the Raiders made it, (wished for the Eagles, but - whatever), but I find I'm more interested in the ads.

Anyone else do this?

Nope, not at all. In fact, I didn't even know who was playing in the Supersbowl tomorrow until you mentioned both teams, yet I'm gonig to be watching it tomorrow.

I agree. I really want to see the Ads and the game is equally as important to me though.

I'ts not wrong.... but somehow it's just not right either... but the commercials this year will be leaning more toward comedy, so might be good to watch just in case the game is a blow out.

There was something on the radio about that here in Seattle.. that they did a poll and something like 46% of the people said they watched the Superbowl for the commercials and ads. Definitely not the only one. :D

Actually, it's the Raiders and the Buccs (I think) but I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Thanks!

I guess I do have some interest in the outcome - if I'm going to be living in a happy house for the next couple days or not - but I have to say the ads will be the highlights for me.

I watch it purely for the great snacks we get, and the drinks, and the ads. Nothing else. ;)

Well, ok, the cute butts aren't bad. ;)

A great party where you happen to watch the TV every now and then? Sounds good to me.

Minx, you didnt say for the party atmosphere, you said for the ads.

This isnt Mr. Hypercritical; this is Mr. Cannotsleep.

Well ,that's what I watch the Superbowl for- the ads. I really could care less about the game. However, I would not be watching it at all if I were home by myself.
