Its just playing on the daddy/son and Mother/ Daughter incest theme that seems so popular in porn and role playing.

I doubt you'd get many actual mom/daughters turning up.

I have met a few guys who love the daddy/son role playing with older guys/ younger guys etc...but the idea of their own dad makes them sick. It's just taboo role playing and I would bet that's what this is.

You'd hope anyway.
