It could be an expression or an attitude but all I've seen is this naked guy holding his cell phone. And most are taken in the bathroom.

well generally - No, but having said that i've seen some that have used a decent degree of imagination, for example using black + white, a mirror etc....those for sure have been erotic.

I particularly like the poses where the phone is above ones head and aimed downward for a decent cleavage shot or maybe from behind accentuating the "hind quarters" or even wuth them looking upward with their eyes looking up as well from an imaginative position if you will.
