I prefer the Tantus brand. There are lots of shapes, sizes, and colors. I think I have three or four. What makes them my favorite is that the manufacturers only use a surgical grade silicon. I know phalates are a thing of the past, but I would still rather be safe than sorry when choosing what my toys are made out of. You can boil them and even run them through the dishwasher to ensure a good clean. As far as time wearing it, that's up to you. Start small. Make a game of it. Or, if you are especially twisted, wait until it hurts and then force it even longer. oh, and unlike most silicon toys, these are actually safe to use with high quality silicon lubes like Pjur.
