Trying to wrap my head around this, as a particular position and act does come to mind. However, intercrural sex is not the only act in what you seem to be asking. Intercrural is simply rubbing your penis between thighs for self gratification. If you are talking about using your penis to rub against her clit, then we're adding in the element of clitoral massage through a form of"dry humping". I don't really regard this as "sex" so much as foreplay, and yes it can be very stimulating for a women when done right.

My experience would be while in the "spoon" position. Sliding between a woman's thighs from behind and sliding my shaft along her labia, while using my fingers to massage around her clit as well.
