i think theres many levels to look at with mr winkles music

yes maybe he's saying , if there was a problem yo id solve it and you might think its about a small time problem between gangs etc

or maybe he saw global warming happening a decade before kyoto and wanted to warn us.

Or take , stop collaborate and listen , flippant comment or is he warning us again of the global finance crisis thats affecting us now, so hes saying stop ( the current banking system ) collaborate ( tighter fiscal rules across banking borders ) listen ,listen to the wind of change
