OK. The "look but not touch" means he can "look [at] but not touch" the lady. Of course he can touch himself.

Snooper has it exactly right....the male can look at the woman but not touch her. He can touch himself all he wants...and he does...as he follows the woman's instructions.

And to answer the other question...I did not envision it going into and BDSM...it would be kind of hard for you do "bondage" yourself. lol.
