Maybe the couple stumble upon a rich Asian “mobster” of some sort like in the movies… powerful, with bodyguards, etc… head of a shadowy cartel. He flirts with the wife at the bar. The bodyguards pull the husband aside when he tries to protect his wife. They make it clear that the boss gets what he wants and what he wants right now is to buy the pretty American woman a drink. They advise him to encourage his wife to enjoy the drink and no one has to get hurt.

The wife looks around nervously for her husband and sees him across the corner of the bar talking to the two guards. The scared husband puts on a brave face to reassure his wife and silently raises his glass to her and smiles. The boss leans in close and says in her ear, “See? Your husband agrees. You should relax and let me buy you a drink while we get to know each other. Most men are flattered when another man finds his wife attractive, don’t you think?"

Maybe it’s his charm, or the alcohol, or the exotic smoke wafting around the bar, but the wife slowly relaxes and begins to enjoy the attention from the handsome, rich, clearly powerful man as he seduces her. The husband watches from across the bar, aware of the men on either side of him preventing him from leaving his seat… and ashamed of his raging hard-on.
