They are just different people, but this is a good opportunity for the pro-abortion advocates to put their money where their mouths are and they can sent up a foundation(s) to get women to their abortion clinics since it is legal to cross state lines: no one is necessarily denied the ability to abort. How are you going to identify who should be required to give DNA? Does someone simply get to say you’re the father and now you have to prove you are not? Although I am not opposed to the general idea of using DNA, it can be tricky to compel someone to provide DNA without a warrant. Sure, one can “obtain” it via other means, but are we going to use police resources to collect specimens from one’s bed weeks after the conception event?

Generally a woman can remember who had sex with her, so there's that. The exception being rape where she may not remember who raped her ( eg Steubenville ) so all men should contribute to the costs of raising the child unless the guys can decide between themselves who the rapist is. Don't worry too much about that though, the SC will be legalising rape soon enough.
