Instead of beating the shit out of women's right's...

There's a chance that there never was a chipbutty but that it was (Prince) Harry all along...
I don’t think that was Prince Harry doing phonesex here a few years back, but I wasn’t one of the takers, so maybe you’re right?

I’m English so not that clued up about your Constitution. My question is where in the Constitution does it mention abortion? Forgive me for my ignorance

Yes, of course… it’s in the preamble.

Ben Franklin had one if the first abortion clinics….in Philidelphia.

that's a stupid argument

where in the constitution does it say you have the right to own/drive a car? nowhere

where does it say you have the right to construct your own home the style you choose and decorate it however you want, even if it fucks off the neighbours? it doesn't

where it say you have the right to own and watch tv and whatever programmes you want to so long as you pay for them? it doesn't

if you claim these must come under the notion of 'the right to freedom and pursuit of happiness' (a la The Declaration of Independence) then surely so does abortion.

Thomas Jefferson took the phrase “pursuit of happiness” from Locke and incorporated it into his famous statement of a peoples' inalienable right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” in the Declaration of Independence.

As I said in the blurt thread:
I would like to know which politicians will adopt the baby who was born with drug addiction and brain damage. The babies born with severe defects, the baby who was conceived during a rape/incest.
Crickets. I am guessing.

How is it a stupid argument? I’m from the U.K. and don’t know your constitution. However, I believe Fauci said follow the science and sCuenca has improved since 1973. Also isn’t this true that abortion hasn’t been banned but put back in the states hands? I’m not agreeing or disagreeing with h SCOTUS ruling, just trying to understand it.
1 more thing if I may “your stance on guns?”

Yes. It is in the hands of the people.
The people of California will protect it,
the people of many farm states will reject it.

They are just different people, but this is a good opportunity for the pro-abortion advocates to put their money where their mouths are and they can sent up a foundation(s) to get women to their abortion clinics since it is legal to cross state lines: no one is necessarily denied the ability to abort. It's just that some people have values that preclude murdering the unborn and wish to protect life. I have sympathies for both groups, but do prefer the argument for life much more than the argument for easy abortion.

I'm sorry for your ignorance and hate, but a lot of politicians with large families have adopted. I, too, adopted.

Will you?
and I only called you out because what you said is pretty unfair. Adoption, not unlike abortion, is a personal decision and complications only serve to complicate that decision, so. I get your point but there are better arguments to be made SG.

i'm from the U.K, but moved here. It takes moments to look up the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and understand there are things not mentioned in those that exist today. When these documents were written, women didn't even have the right to vote.

i've read other posts by you regarding guns and more, and mine are all out there if you can be bothered to read them in the threads here. The short of the long is i don't believe any regular civilian needs the kinds of high velocity, high capacity magazine rifles most commonly bough today. No-one needs bump stocks, ghost guns, etc.... People in rural areas need access to regular rifles in order to protect life and livestock; they don't need AR-15s or AK-47s. They might want them, but they don't need them. I live in the country. My husband has 3 rifles here and a pistol. He's never needed them except to pop the odd rabbit and no longer sleeps with his pistol under his pillow liked he was wont to before marrying me. I believe in raising the age to buy or own a rifle to 21, background checks, the banning of all the 'assault-style boutique rifles', red flag laws, licensing, insurance, mandatory training (just like learning to operate a vehicle), prosecution for improper storage, and a waiting or 'cooling off' period between applying to purchase a gun and actually taking possession of it. In the state i live in, most of those things are considered 'extreme'.

i don't think beating a woman, no matter how much people hate her, will do anything to help women's rights.

And many of these women don’t want to be a mother.
Many of these women will be unfit to be a mother.
Many of these babies will be pulled from unfit homes.
So who will take care of these children

What are the rights that men enjoy that woman cannot partake of?

Being drafted? Being aborted ay 18 for God and Country?

The access to a safe medical procedure to remove a life-sucking tumor from their body, you ignorant dipshit. It's probably why your wife hasn't removed your sorry ass from her pathetic life.

Overturning Roe requires another law be passed that ensures men bear equal responsibility for pregnancies. Call it the "personal Responsibility Act." Using DNA as a verification, paternity for every embryo should be established and the male responsible obliged by law to support the woman and the child through the child's majority, including medical costs, living costs, education - all the costs a father normally assumes for his child. In addition, the child should have a full share of the father's estate if and when the father dies. If women cannot decide whether or not carry a child, fathers should not be able to decide whether or not to support the woman and the child. It's about time men assumed responsibility for the consequences of their pleasure.
