If so, is it any good ?

The demo on their homepage seems impressive - but I'd like to hear from some real users before I download and install.

Thx in anticipation.......

I Have

Dannyboy: I have Incredimail..and it is useful, in fact it is very good. The only trouble is that AOL doesn't dupport it! ((Typical of AOL that is though), but you can have a hotmail address and use it from there, so it's no real problem.

Does Outlook Express support it ?

I don't know about that...we had a few in my company try to use it and it totally screwed their systems so my guess is no since that is what they were using. It might work with Outlook but I haven't tried it after that fiasco.

Nope and I don't think I want to try it - I don't see any real advantage to it, and being on dial up I see all kinds of disadvantages. I don't mind the occasional smilie my daughter sends me in her emails (she uses Yahoo), but people sending me useless animations and all that other garbage I do not need - at least not until I get broadband, and not really then either. It seems to me that it might also be a way for some hacker to send me a virus - which people are trying to do all the time.

I've been using IncrediMail for about a month now. While it's cute.. (neat stationary, animations and notifiers that you can change to fit your mood) I see no real reason to switch from Outlook to it. I started using it because I was trying to find something other than Outlook. I'm now on the look out for yet another program.. for my "regular" email address.

My spam emails have doubled since I started using it.. and so has my virus alerts.

IncrediMail seems to be worse for security issues than Outlook.

Now, I haven't gotten any of those said virii but only because McAfee picks them up before they reach my mail box (but it would be the same regardless of which email program I was using).

I still prefer the good ole free hotmail.. (except the stupid ass limit they give you).
