The big issue with incest is who initiates it?

In a parent child situation, at any age, be it 18 or 58, the parent is seen as the dominant figure, so if it's the parent that starts it it might look like coercion.

Basic neurology shows us that the human brain has achieved 90% of it's mass by age five, but that is not even half of it. Over the years, it continues to develop, mostly through wrinkles and myelin connections. And it develops from back to front.

What this means is that by the teenaged years, the cortex (the cognitive as well as emotive center) is about as developed as it's going to get.
