If a lady and her brother, or a mother and son love one another, trust one another, want to fuck one another ... go for it. Some families, because of isolation, do some 'experimentation' with family members because there is no one else around for miles. (The Outback, or Alaska/Canada come to mind). That's basically harmless so long as no one is molested; forcing someone into sex should be a hanging offense.
