Please forgive this moment of introspection before I get to my comment on the OP's idea.

In every other medium of art that I have dabbled with before finding my way to writing, I strove to always add as much originality as I could muster. If everyone else was doing it one way, I did it another. I avoided the usual tropes like the plague. And then I start writing erotica. A medium where there is nothing new under the sun. Nearly every scenario you can imagine has been written, if not here than elsewhere. After several contemplative months I realized that the usual tropes in erotica are fun and sexy and that's why they are usual tropes. They are something to be embraced and enjoyed. Because, if a reader wants a lusty nurse story, by God, he should get one, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's been a bit of a personal journey for me. Anyway ...

So this is a fun idea, and very tropey, which is to say, a good thing. The Covid tie in is solid. Perhaps the MT student's mother has talked some of the neighbors into free massages so he can get his clinical hours in. He's a tall strapping lad, not bright enough for college, but by God, he's good with his hands. Before long he's not only got his hours in, but he's making some extra cash too.
