In a perfect world, would Doms and Dommes share the same turf?

And I'm not anti-Domme. One of my best friends and x lovers is a Domme. We just went in different directions. Or do you see value in learning from each other?

Quite a few Doms I meet have hidden agendas. I find the Doms here a friendly bunch. I do have Dom and male switch friends. Other than that I do not know.

What do you mean by sharing the same turf? I do not play with females.

The same turf as in forum. Or munch. If we were both greater in numbers, would there be more of a divide?

Ohh thanks for the clarification, WD. I don't know if sharing would be an issue. I do not have any problems with any DOms provided they do not consider me a sub in the closet.

I don't see where it would make any difference whatsoever. There is value in learning from everyone .

my own experience has been that i found my real life 'home' in a group that had about 200 members. We met regularly three times a month. Not to mention, smaller 'groups' met for play parties, etc.. away from the group.

The Dom/mes in our group were pretty much split apart to be honest. A few were friendly to one another, but as a general observation, they didn't mingle in the same circles.

i remember once, at our monthy meeting, we split into groups.. Dom/mes, subs and switches. We were doing discussions about what we wanted from a Dom/me/sub in each group, depending on what table you were at. Before it was over, the Dom/me table had a pretty heated discussion. We subs kinda sat there snickering and i remember thinking.. too many peacocks at one table.. *laughs*

oh well, not sure this was the real question, but perhaps my views shed some light..
