Important reminder

Hello all! Now that I have your attention, I have an important reminder to share as well! As we approach the end of 🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀, I’d like to remind all the ladies (and those who love them) to conduct your monthly breast self exams. Check yourself or have your partner help check you. Check while laying down or in the shower. Check thoroughly and regularly, note any changes and talk to your doctor if you have any concerns!

You should also ask your general practitioner or OBGYN to conduct a physical breast exam as part of your annual physical or PAP test. If you’re 40+ or have a history of breast cancer in your family, consult with your doctor about how soon they recommend you start annual mammograms as well.

🎀 Early detection is key! 🎀
Thanks! ALWAYS important. Right up there with hydration!!

Thank you so much. Sorry to read about your family experiences, I had an aunt, very dear to me, who died of breast cancer at the age of 52. She had always said she was too young to worry about it. It is never too young. PP x

Thank you, and so sorry to hear about your aunt. 52 is too young, indeed.
