Originally from Santa Barbara, California (it's about 90 miles up the coast from Los Angeles), but now living in the sprawling metropolis of Douglas, Alabama.

Hopefully, not for much longer.

I'm another 330 or so miles up the coast from Santa Barbara, in San Francisco. But I'm visiting Australia next week.

Hi bg23,

Originally, I am from an area approximately 80km south-west of Tokyo, but my family moved to the state of Florida, in the S.E. United States, when I was a child.

Luck,

Yui

Hiya bg! I've not seen you around the AH in a while.
It must be because they don't have Oscuridad. ;)

I was born in Germany. My family moved to the states a few years after I was born.

Right this minute, I'm in North Carolina but I'll only be here for another two or three weeks.

Chicago, Illinois, USA. The third coast. The Windy City, where the wind is affectionately known as "the Hawk".

You find the big lake on the northern border of America a third of the way from the east coast that shoves down like a protologist's finger, and we're on the southwest corner of that.

The city of shadows. The upward rolled eyeball of America.

A small town on a large lake about 60 miles north of Houston Texas.....

Lots of Pine trees and Oaks, very little corn... Well, the growing kind, anyway..

Newcastle upon Tyne, in NE England (that's old England, by the way). One of the ports for the 2005 Tall Ships Race.

Within hailing distance of where Tatelou lives.....with the wind in the right direction.....and damn it Lou......we STILL haven't done lunch !!

Thanks for the replies, everyone. It's really interesting to see so many people from so many different places.

And, um, because a few people were very kindly welcoming me, I used to post quite regularly on the AH. I just underwent a name change (or two). Somebody might remember me as bad_girl23? I had the really cute earless kitty avatar.

Hiya CP

And no, without Oscuridad, my days are bleak
I just can't stand the thought of never seeing him post here
:p :p :p

I only come here for the hot mansex and authorly question these days. :D

I appreciate the present avatar more than is good for me, but I remember the earless kitty. It was cute, for certain. What caused the switch?

it's really a rather long story
and would take far too long to tell.
resolved now, though.

Born Holyhead, Anglesey (Yns Mon), lived London, Gibraltar, Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, Portsmouth, Plymouth, the Weald of Kent and now East Kent. I've left out schools and places that were temporary for only a few months.

That is for this incarnation. Originally around before Adam and Eve and survived the Flood by riding on the Ark. Some blame me for the extinct animals, saying that I ate them. That's a lie. I only ate the larger dinosaurs that wouldn't fit inside the Ark.

I was killed by the Israelites and my dust is now part of the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon.

We were talking about how close we lived on another thread...so umm...now that I know you're an Aussie...that leaves me with a very obvious question.

Do you have an accent?
