He's pretty cute though. He might be able to buy his way out of malpractice with a good fuck.

How should I present this offer to him?

Formally through my lawyer, or just grabbing his cock in the exam room?

You know Ruby, I think the direct approach is best. If you have all of those middle men...O...wait...maybe you want all of those middle men...too.

I think you should sue him through your lawyer.

Then draw up his briefs and personally explain your motions.

You look like you could lay down the law.

:D

Quite true, Erosman. Really, if the lawyers are involved, they would want their cut of the deal too, which could, frankly, tire me out a bit.

TWB, are you available for hire?

I look forward to my yearly pap...my OB-GYN is hot as hell! Older, salt and pepper hair, brilliant green eyes....

Ohhhhh, I'm sorry..Ruby, you were saying? :)

Sure.

We would not settle for nominal damages. You want to fuck him good, as the lawyers like to say.

As for my fee, frankly I like your previously suggested method of compensation.

Heyyyy, you are a kept man!!! What the hell are ya doin'??? Jesus, I'm going to have to look for one who won't wander!

Este, I've dropped doctors that look like that faster than you can say speculum. The last thing I want is a gorgeous man peering into my pussy. (Did I just say that?)

TWB, I think you're my man. It really sounds as if you know how to fuck, um, fuck them, I mean. You know.

This may be a silly question, but I am curious...
Why do you want to sue your Doctor?

Heh! He's a great doc...makes me feel comfy, not ill at ease. Funnier than hell, had a fit at my tats :) He's handsome as hell...those eyes! *swoon* Tho, he has never been around when I have my babies, I have a midwife for that! :)

it is one thing to be cheating on me with every pussy and cock on lit................

it is another thing to be hooking up with another lawyer for services............

that I cant allow.

You need to be punished
and punished good.

I didn't know you were already represented, Ruby. Don't you know you should never hold anything back from your attorney?

In all seriousness, Cecelia, I went to a dermatologist recently for the first time. I asked about laser hair removal for above my upper lip and about removing dark spots and fine lines, also in the same area.

He prescribed retin A, with the only warning being to wear sunscreen during the day. Turns out, chemical burns all around my mouth later, that you aren't supposed to wax or use depilatories while using retin A. You also aren't supposed to use alphahydroxy. Both of with I was doing.

So, now, I may have burn scars around my mouth. I'm actually seriously pissed about it. I think he should have warned me.

She is double dipping

I agree Ruby.. He should have.. that really sucks..
I hope everything works out for you...

Siren, can you represent me without a NV license? At this point I just want a letter written.

let me ask you a serious question

:p

Damn, Ruby...I hope you are okay! :(

He should have went over all the precautions and warnings with you..did you read the insert that you got with your prescription? My pharmacy puts in an insert stating all the warnings and side effects and what not, does yours?

Ruby, that really sucks. It seems like your meds/etc should be part of a Routine medical background, crosschecked with risks of the retin a.

I would see a real NV medical malpractice lawyer, especially if the scarring is permanent.

Estevie makes a very good point

:p

if you had a warning inside the med or on the container........
then the liability goes back to you.

It is the responsibilty of the person using the med to read the warnings and enclosed documents.

were there any?
and did you read them?

Maybe. That may get the drug co. off the hook, and there may, dependng on nevada law, be some comparative negligence applied to Ruby for failure to read it, but the doc still may be liable. I would still see a NV atty.
