I'm starting to like trolls.

Sometimes I think they seen things more clearly than the rest of us. Besides, they speak their mind, which is something I would love to be able to do around certain individuals, but everytime I do, it ends up involving someone that I didn't account for. There are vicious trolls, yes, but there are also vicious board members. The only difference is that atleast the trolls are real. A lot of the board members these days seem to be as two-faced as they come.

This brings me to another point that needs to be made. I've noticed a lot of hypocritical posts by certain people. For example, someone mentioned abhorence of people opening their mouths before they knew the whole story of an issue, but I've seen this person do it more than anyone else. I've also seen people be sweet and nice to other people on the boards, and then PM me, or who they THOUGHT was me (there are others who log into my account for various private reasons) and bitch about the person they were praising on the board! To this day, I'm still sure that these people have no idea the kind of information that passes through my account when they think I'm not looking.

So to the trolls who speak freely, and UNmaliciously, rock on. To everyone else, if it bothers you so much, then something they're saying MUST have struck a nerve. Now, if you think I'm a troll, hell, go for it. Flame me. I've never trolled, what I say, I say with MY face.

I agree about the troll thing, sometimes. The anonimity gives some people the license they need to speak thier mind. Unfortunatly it is often used to attack individuals, and that sucks. But for those who feel embarassed by thier opinions, or that thier character would be threatened if they were expressed - it rocks. And I have seen some very wise words come from the fingers of trolls.
