I'm polyamorous (in a bookish kind of way)

The fuss was because they're a wee bit lewd, don't you think?
I'm not sure. I'll let you know in about ten minutes.

EDIT: Twenty seconds, actually. No. No, they're not lewd.

EDIT Again. Bloody hell, lucky I'm quick, eh?

It was so fast, I think all I got was the negative after-image.
That bad, eh? :( Sorry! The negative after-effect should wear off in a day or so.

Yes, it's left me feeling all empty and lifeless.

A good comfort read is anything Pratchett or David Gemmell. I love Fantasy :)

"Good Omens" by Pratchett and Neil Gaiman is a really funny, sort of fantasy book. I've been meaning to read more Pratchett, but wanted to wait until I had just a touch more leisure and had more of the Discworld books on hand.

Okay... one of the less embarrasing ones: "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynmann?" -- the autobiography of Richard Feynmann.

Most of my other stuff is comic books. Yeah, I know: Forty six, and still reads comic books...

You say that there's a problem with that. <g> Some of my favorite books in the world are comics...and favorite writers too...Grant Morrison, J Michael how-ever-you-spell-his-name, Terry Moore, Alan Moore, Chris Claremont, Kevin Smith...the list goes on and on...

My comfort books are almost all fantasy--David Eddings Belgariad series, Mercedes Lackey's various series, The Pern books by Anne McCaffrey. I do tend to re-read the Little Fuzzy books too.

Love Anne's books, I have also met her! She is wonderful charater (shouted sex when she thought we were not smiling enough for the photo). My partner mods on one of the sites about her books :)
