I agree with Blondgirl.. get some calcium into yourself. Even if that isn't the cause of your problem it won't hurt any.
Eating cheezes is not often enough. Actually read your packages. That new labeling system is bullshit (with the eprcentages instead of actual numbers).
It is usually based on a figure that does not represent the average woman.
If you are needing around 1500mg's (which is normal) -go get your package and do the quick head math.
I have some string cheese that is around 200 mg's per package (the kid types) and cottage cheese that is around 60mg's. Both are valid and useful to your body, but one will take a lot more.
(And it is hard to actually guage this unless you make an effort to. Almost everyone overestimates their food's' nutritional value.)
