This virus has just completely knocked me for six. Started with it wednesday night and its progressively got worse since. i've not slept for like 6 nights.

At this rate, i can envision myself ending up in the hospital.

i'm taking dissolvable co-codamol, and it does make me feel a little better, but it doesn't last very long.

i desperately need a solid night's sleep, i just can't seem to get it.
