Not enough info to make a guess. You can only announce your own ideas for the show you think it should be, if you know what I mean. If I were a writer on the show I'd be saving a hell of a lot of good clues for episodes in the middle of the season. No point in guessing now.
I know some of the higher ups on the production end. They also worked on Lost. They wouldn't tell me shit about that show so I'm guessing I'll get no intel on this one either.

But guessing is half the fun! The Indian assistant that showed up at the end of show #2 back in the 60's surprised me. I didn't think she was part of whatever the project is that caused all of this.
