I've spoken with Chauncey Cadbury regarding this phenomena, and he assures me it's quite natural.
He suggests diversifying, and trying a Cadbury's Creme Eggplant on occasion.

There are a million different chocolate/creamy thingmobobs out dere, make a chocolate sandwich, or chocolate soup! I recommend Oreo garnish on any chocolate entree you prepare.

They're my favorite part of Easter.
If you can only eat one at a time, make sure you eat it slowly and then you can savor every single bit of it.

The caramel filled ones don't seem quite as sweet to me. Maybe you could alternate between the creme filled ones and the caramel ones?
