Few summers ago, before I was "blessed" with children...we were vacationing with a friend at his parents' house which is on a lake in GA. We're all floating around on Noodles and tubes & such all day, drinking, and the talk turned to "Titanic."

Our friend's mom is a self-proclaimed wino...the woman makes her own, for Pete's sake...and she had consumed probably 2-3 bottles that afternoon. She gets LOUD when she drinks. Anyway, we're talking about how retarded it was that Leo's character didn't just get on the shingle and float it out with Kate Winslet--body heat and all that--when she comes out with "What kept going through my mind was 'Swim, Jack--you stupid-ass!'" It was funny if you were there...and drunk...and and and...where was I going with this story?

I wondered the same thing when I saw the movie. "Just get up there with her, dumbass!" Fuck him, he deserved to die. She needed to go too for throwing that damn necklace in the ocean. Stupid old bitch.
