Today is Val Kilmer's birthday, which led to a discussion between Girly and I, over "who was the best batman?"

Well, how about it Lit?

Personally I say Keeton, but what's your views?

Adam West?
Michael Keeton?
Val Kilmer?
George Cloony?

hehe or the usual "other"

Don;t say I never ask the hard questions ;)

Where's Catwoman when you need a babe?

BTW - I voted for Adam West.

Keeton's not cute...

Val is yummy...

Adam would be the best though.

(Hey you never asked me about him)

Adam West. Anybody who could pretend to do that bent-over walk while they held the camera sideways--well, all I can say is that's acting.

(Easy to pick out the old timers on the Board, innit?)

Val had the best lips, so he looked pretty hot in the cowel.
Keeton was the best all-round though.

DCL.

Who I secretly suspect is Adam West.

Or Burt Ward.

One or the other....

I'd like to strip George Clooney naked and have him at my mercy for hours upon hours, but I'm gonna have to go with Adam West or Michael Keaton on this one.

As he said in the Simpsons "It was all West, baby."

Of the movies, Keaton.

I'll go with Adams West that show was so bizarre, it has to get my vote!

Other because none of them are Batman.

The world's greatest detective. Name ONE of the Batman actors that actually solved a mystery. Maybe Adam West but that campy show was an even bigger contradiction than the lack of sluething in the modern movies cause Batman is arguably the darkest most brooding hero in comicdom.

None of em capture the Dark Knight's essence....fuck em all...

I think I have to agree.

i have to agree with medjay and shaq on this although i think micheal keaton did a much better job than i expected in the first batman movie. in fact except for the simple fact things were rewritten so that Jack Napier (aka the Joker) was the murdere of young bruce waynes parents its perhaps the most flawless comics to screen adaptation produced.

Although Adam West was the "first" I was aware of, I voted for Michael Keaton! I LOVED the way he looked behind that mask!

:D
