In other news, the tiny glass pendant vials I ordered came in today. They have little cork lids with eyelets on the tops. I'm going to create tiny terrariums inside them and hang them on long chains. Giving them to a few people for Xmas this year. Once I get them set up, the only thing they will need is a single drop of water once a month, they will exist entirely on their own otherwise. The type of moss I'm going to use is a vibrant green and it grows very slowly, plus the confines of the container will stunt it's growth even more. I think they are going to turn out pretty awesome.

Yeah it's chilling off here, but this is my fave time of year. I love the cooler weather. I love Winter time as well but not so much the snow when I have to walk in it and shovel it. It is pretty to look at when you're curled up in a shawl staring out a window or sitting on the covered porch. I love to see the snow at night time, the street lights and moonlight shine on it and it all sparkles like crazy. It's like frozen magic just laying about everywhere.

I am totally one of those weirdos that hates summer time. If I could afford it every year, I would vacation somewhere cooler when it's summer time here. Autumn is my absolute fave time of year though.All my fave colours are out, the weather is perfect, Halloween is going on and I love Halloween somuch. Also the petrichor is different, and amazing during Autumn. Petrichor is the name for the smell of rain. I think it comes from Greek words. I think petri meant stone and ichor meant "blood of the Gods." All the plant life releases this oil all around us. It ends up on the pavement, rocks, gravel, soil, everywhere. When it rains, the rain mixes with that oil and creates that awesome smell that is in the air after it rains. During Autumn when it rains you get that smell mixed with the smell of the fallen leaves getting wet. It's probably my fave smell in the whole world.

Actual sex, as in penetration, I've only slept with three people. Not the most experienced. I had two girlfriends and my current boyfriend who were real relationships. If you were not trying to win something why not just concede from the start?

I think the problem here is that you haven't grasped my intentions properly. I'm not sure how you managed to avoid grasping my intentions since I stated over and over and over what they were.

If I find out he was a liar, I won't care, just like I don't care now. I keep saying that I couldn't care less if he is or is not telling the truth. What I do care about is that he be given the same rights everyone else, including you, deserves. The moment you can prove anything you said about him in this thread is true, then you no longer need to add "imo" into your posts about him. Until then, he needs to be innocent until proven guilty, just like you. Period.

I wasn't sticking up for what I believe is a fucked up kid needing help. I said he could be a fucked up kid who needed someone to reach out to him. But I could have chosen 50 other plausible scenarios as well. If I were to take what he is saying seriously, I'd say he is less fucked up than he thinks he is. At the very least, if all this is true, he can say he has the gift of recognition. Once you recognize your problems, they are much easier to work through. It's when you refuse to acknowledge your shortcomings and wrongdoings that shit starts to pile up on you and before you know it you're a sinking ship in the ocean of life.

These are directions in order to make a terrarium in a normal bottle, like a mason jar or a wine bottle, any jar or bottle with a lid. You just scale the ingredients down a lot for a glass vial terrarium. Also, instead of other plants, you just use the spanish moss for your greenery, as there really isn't room for a heck of a lot more.


-Pebbles - 1-2 inches; this is for drainage
-1 inch of activated charcoal - in a closed environment this will help to filter the environment and keep it clean. This is optional but will keep your terrarium healthy longer if you can do it.
-1 inch of spaghnum or spanish moss - this will separate your soil from the water accumulating down in the pebbles. It will prevent root rot and keep the soil healthy
-Soil - Several inches - judge this by how the bottle looks. Filling the bottle so the bottom third is full of soil usually looks about right. Slowly add soil until it looks appealing.
-Add your seeds then your plants and finally add a little spaghnum or spanish moss for looks. (moss is optional)
-Before closing it up water it so it is moist

4. Set Bond.

This hearing usually occurs within a few hours of arrest, especially on suspected DUI - where time is of essence for evidence gathering.

The suspect is then either taken to the local hospital for a blood test, or to the breathalyzer (before the magistrate), or back to the holding cell if they refuse to perform a test.

Paperwork is filed and the case is given a docket number and is assigned to the next available court date for the arresting officer. Should the Blood Alcohol come back under the legal limit (in the case of a breathalyzer), normally the DUI charge will be immediately dropped and the arresting officer can then opt to file or drop any additional charges, reckless driving, speeding, etc... -- many of which frequently are added on to make the DUI appear more serious before a common pleas court. Often the lesser charges will be dropped on the spot - but not always.

The suspect is then released (in the case of first timers or for simple cases), usually on recognizance.

The suspect can then hire an attorney (none is normally provided in the case of DUI) but they can file their financial information with the court in order to be assigned to a public defender - this takes 2 to 3 weeks in most cases.
