Nope, if you were stating your belief you would have had to add in any one of these posts that what you were saying was in your own opinion. Alas, you did not. Even KRC had the decency to begin one of her posts with "I think" instead of passing her judgment off as fact.
I get that you're grouchy. I get that you don't like the dude for whatever reason, and I get that you for some reason believe some random stranger over another random stranger. I couldn't care less if you think Joe Shmoe is this or that. I'm just saying don't spread retarded rumors. If you can't prove and/or own what you say, then shut the fuck up.
He's just a silly boy.
What kills me is the people that actually respond to this ninny like he is real. Fucking idiots being led by the Pied Piper of Idiocy.

Just got out of court- went far better then I thought it would.
We had to wait forever, finally got called up, and the conversation went something like this,
"Well, son, we've got a new program. It's your first offense so it's either 3 days, a $210 fine, or you can go to this program, do community service and get it wiped off your record."
Me: Yeah, I'll do that.
He never asked me how I plead. There was no "guilty" or "not guilty" thing- which was weird, because most of the people were asked. I think he assumed a guilty because- what could I do? They gave me a month to pay court costs, and after that month, I gotta do 20 hours of community service.
I was so scared, but it wasn't that bad at all. I feel a lot better now. Thanks to everyone who's supported me this morning before I left, and to everyone who came back during the day. I'm gonna go back and read over the pages I missed now.
This has kind of shown me how much I really need to get my shit together. Things have been piling up one after another for a long time now, and I feel like I'm slinking farther and farther. I wanna be stronger then that.

Okay you douchbags.
If he got arrested for DUI last night which is a misdemeanor his case would not of been settled the next day as he is telling us. There is a matter of the police filing the paperwork. Then as a misdemeanor he is required to have an attorney which if he is broke is a public defender which he has to apply for. A DUI case would not of been settled the next day. Use your brain children.
Suck it. Suck it long and suck it hard.
The first amendment, ah yes. Freedom of speech is protected by the first amendment. But, are there not exceptions? Such as defamation, slander, libel, fighting words that cause riots, trade secrets, etc.1st Amendment. Learn it, love it , live it.
Oh yeah you are from Canada![]()
^ Mike Yates is correct, A DUI would not be settled this quick nor would the fines be so light.
Careful, don't acknowledge him, lest the Pied Piper of Idiocy make you his new bitch.![]()
^^^^^^ At least Karen head is out of her ass for once

Wiki:
"Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and by many state constitutions and state and federal laws, with the exception of obscenity, defamation, incitement to riot, and fighting words,[1] as well as harassment, privileged communications, trade secrets, classified material, copyright, patents, military conduct, commercial speech such as advertising, and time, place and manner restrictions.
Criticism of the government and advocacy of unpopular ideas that people may find distasteful or against public policy, such as racism, sexism, and other hate speech are almost always permitted. There are exceptions to these general protections, including the Miller test for obscenity, child pornography laws, speech that incites imminent lawless action, and regulation of commercial speech such as advertising. Within these limited areas, other limitations on free speech balance rights to free speech and other rights, such as rights for authors and inventors over their works and discoveries (copyright and patent), protection from imminent or potential violence against particular persons (restrictions on fighting words), or the use of untruths to harm others (slander). Distinctions are often made between speech and other acts which may have symbolic significance."
Let us check out the definition of defamation.
"Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, traducement, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image. It is usually a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed (the claimant).[1]"
Even your first amendment says you're wrong. You got anything else to lean on or are you willing to just concede that you were doing nothing but passing off rumors as facts?
Hi, precious.Glad it went well for you. Keep up the fight to be better than you are. You'll be okay.
Oh;
Hi December

I gather you know what town or city he lives in and you got a hold of the police precinct there? I assume since you're passing this off as fact yet again that you spoke to whomever was in charge and verified what you posted here?Okay you douchbags.

Yeah and December I just proved my case. No way a DUI case is settled over night as the OP just said. That is a fact. So stop sucking up all the oxygen defending an obvious liar. You can easily google Kentucky DUI laws and penalties and apply common sense if you have any.
Don't allow this bullshitter to pluck at your heart strings December. you will be disappointed.
You didn't prove anything! There was no fact to be had in your post. And once more, I'm not defending him, I am defending every person's right to be innocent until proven guilty.
I already am disappointed. In you. Until today I had thought you were a good addition to the GB. Some much needed fluff and humour. Now I see that you are like the other trolls. Incapable of admitting when you're wrong, even when it's something so incredibly minor. All you had to do was put "imo" somewhere in all that mumbo jumbo. But no, instead you cannot admit you were wrong. You even tried to use the first goddamn amendment to back up your claims! Hello, it's never been legal to defame anyone. Learn it. Love it.
And I am disappointed in you as I thought you were rational and intelligent. One thing I know is the legal system and how ponderously slow it moves. I know for a fact a DUI case would not of been settled the next day. The person who can't admit they are wrong is you dear. You may not like my style and as for that I could give a flying fuck. The fact is he is a liar. This is a fabricated story for attention. Even without googling Kentucky I know this. You have proven yourself an idiot and gullible.
Kiddo here posted that his actions are fine for Perry County, but not for somewhere else. From what I have gathered from his post and from Google, Perry County is pretty small. When I was a counselor for street kids in B.C. here in Canada, I lived in a small town surrounded by a small county. The legal system there was effective for small time crimes, but anything bigger was handed off to bigger cities nearby. There were several kids picked up on first time offenses, bailed out by myself and other counselors. These kids had nobody else. Several times they were required to show up at court to be processed the next day, at which time they were given much the same options the OP listed here for a first time offense. Most of the kids ended up doing community service with the program I worked for.
So, while the small community I have first hand knowledge in is not a small community in Kentucky U.S.A., it is in fact not outside the realm of possibilities that the story may have happened just as he said it happened. I recognize my experiences are not proof of anything other than my having lived those experiences, but they do lend something to the story. I'm not saying I believe him, and I'm not saying I don't believe him. I couldn't care less either way since there is no real way for me to prove or disprove his story without invading his personal life. I am saying you're full of hot air, in my opinion.![]()
When did this alleged incident occur?

Having said that, if you want to question me on my own life, let's go.
