then welcome to California!

And if you don't, then get the fuck out of here.

If you like LRVs, metro and other kinds of public transportation, then come to Berlin.

If you don't, go back to California.

Half of your square footage takes your garage that you don't need in the city ;)

I wasn't counting it. It is three-bay and bigger than most English apartments according to the stats I have read in the past.

I wasn't even thinking about my 8 acres of oak forest.

I need a Mexican dry-wall guy.

I have an excellent guy. His English is a bit better than my Spanish, but we always manage to laugh and to have a good time chatting, and he does excellent work and likes me.

Hell, I'd let him do work at Mom's house, and she's all kinds of picky.

I would be doing the work, but the Queen is too picky to trust me.

I pity the poor guy if he is not the best.

When we switched to using him several years ago, our punch lists went to picky crap for drywall (instead of all sorts of shit) . . .

and our installed costs dropped $6/sheet.

He'll still do work for me at that same rate . . . because I am a nice Gringo.

Even more important is the painter who hides the drywaller's goofs who hides the framer's goofs who hides the cement pourer's goofs who hides the excavationer's goofs who hides the buyer's big goof...

:D ;) ;)
