If you had one song.....

If you had one song you would last hear before going deaf, what might it be ? For me, at least by what's playing here at the moment, it would be Three Dog Night's Black and White.

"Over The Rainbow" or "The Rainbow Connection."

I just happen to think those are both very poignant songs. The fact that they both have "rainbow" in the title is an odd coincidence.

I may as well be deaf........

My 2 1/2 year old son singing along to the Seseme Street A B C song......

Goddamn, it hurts........

I'd want to hear "Alice's Restaurant"

Good way to waste 25 minutes.

BTW, Vix: dammit, girl, why can't I get you out of my head?

My sweetie singing any song she wanted.. Can't think of a much better way to spend a final few moments.

Oh my. There's SO many out their. I guess I would say "I Will Be" by Lila McCann. But, it's a toss up betwen that, and, "We Shall Be Free" by Garth Brooks. Both touch me VERY deeply.

Either:

"Shine On" by Pink Floyd -- because it is my favourite song.

or

there is a composition by Philip Glass that I can't, unfortunately, find the name of right now, that is being performed over 20 or so years, a note every couple of months I think -- because it would mean I have years left to hear :)

Thank you.

So many I like

Because I heard this one last night and it's still stuck in my mind...

Martina McBride "Where Would You Be"

WOW!....it would be my son's beautiful voice singing any song he wishes to sing to me. You made my heart ache just thinking about this. :(
