I was going purely on flavour.

Crab is definitely my favorite (and not that blue kind, bleh). But scallops (any way that isn't garlicky), fried clams, shrimp (preferably cocktail or coconut with plum sauce), tuna, trout, etc. are all excellent. I used to like cod and catfish a lot, but somehow the taste is off-putting now, too earthy or something.
