I'm near perfect, my only deformities are self induced (one thumb slightly flatter due to sucking it as a child, nostrils slightly flared because my fingers like to go up there, beard that looks like pubic hair, scars from playing with knives and razor blades) and to remove them would be to tamper with my memory, which is a dangerous thing.

My arms are fairly long for my body, I think. I don't mind at all though, since I can reach stuff for pretty girls at the grocery.

Yeah that would suck. My waist could never get that small and even if I got my waist down into the 34 or so inch range I doubt my tree trunk thighs would fit in the pant legs.

Hmm - I'm 5'9", and I wear my SO's jeans - he's a 34 inseam.

Anyway, I'd change my jawline, and my elbows and wrists. The jawline wasn't formed right from birth (only I can see it, really) and the wrists and elbows are too bony. It annoys me occasinally.
