I'll assume you're talking about a male-to-female transsexual (born biologically male). If that is the case, then no, you're not gay. They don't identify as male, so it would only make you gay if you identified as female also. However, if the transsexual in question was female-to-male, then you are in a gay relationship.

However, aside from all that, you choose what label YOU want to describe yourself. You could fuck old men up the ass and still call yourself straight, because it's your right to do so.

ALSO, it doesn't matter how hot, gorgeous, or "obvious" these women are. They are still women, and should be respected as such.
