There have been an awful lot of discussions about the pending actions in Iraq and most of them have devolved into name-calling and just pure crap.

Unfortuantely, with notable exceptions, the nastiness seems to start on the side of those who favor forcibly removing Hussein from power.

I am one of those who favor such action and I'd like to apologize for the apparentl majority of those who agree with me who can't discuss this issue without lapsing into grade-school behavior.

Discussion about this really should happen, and it should happen rationally. There are valid issues that need to be discussed and what we don't need are the same old tactics of ad hominem attacks, verbal grenade-tossing, and the like.

I'm not really sure what I think, But I think they should of took care of him the first time around. Then we wouldn't be at it again with him..

Or we could just blow he ass back to the stone age .. But what will that acomplish.

I mentioned earlier that the vitriole regarding threads of this nature are getting more heated, so I'd have to agree with you, JMJ.
However, I still believe donkeydickhead is a world-class asshole because he thinks 3,000 innocent people got what they deserved on 9-11.

I appreciate it Jim. That's very diplomatic of you, and I have to commend diplomacy. :)

No, we'd be at it with someone just as bad. The only issue I have with the whole Iraq/Middle East thing is that I honestly believe that the person waiting to take Saddam's place is as bad or worse.

As opposed to the lush, technologically advanced life people currently enjoy over there?

*Edited to say: Jimmie, you're a gentleman. You don't need to spologize on behalf of those who have no idea what that entails.

Yet another thread where I'm going to have to insist on uninterrupted Susie worship. *giggle*
