Please ID this old movie from the 70's or 80's for me.
Plot: the protagonist is a partner in an air cargo company in Canada or Alaska. His small plane goes down in the wilderness.
He bands the legs of some Canadian geese living on a nearby lake with his name and location. One of the geese is shot while migrating south, and after the hunter finds the band, rescue teams search for and find him.
