Did anyone watch that doc about the cunt on Channel 4 Monday night? Just watched it myself.

Do you think he knows where the body is, now after all these years? Or is it another power trip/mind fuck.

Do you think they should stop feeding him? I didn't realise til I watched it he'd not eaten for 13 years.

I do wish they could have found the lad before his mother died...she might have had a moments peace in her life.

didn't see it, but i'm sorry the boy's mum went to her grave before her son's remains were discovered.

fifty years is a long time, and this is moorland. could anyone be clear exactly where they buried someone without identifying landmarks after 50 years? i personally doubt it, and think it was another attempt to further torture the mother and bring his name into the media spotlight again.

have they found this letter yet?

Didn't see the doc, but I've been up there camping lots of times. I couldn't find the same campsite after a week never mind a shallow grave after fifty years.

It was very good actually, see if you can watch on catch-up or online. There was one on the other week interviewing Winnie which was a bit embarrassing. She'd got this eejit psychic with her who was giving her all sorts of flannel.

Only driven through the moors. Creepy place. But maybe it's because you know the history that gives you the chills.

NO

NO. The moor has changed significantly since the 1960s.

Yes. The sealed letter probably didn't give any meaningful information and even if he thought it did, he has already been to the moor trying to help the police to find the body, and failed.

No. He should serve his sentence for life.

If Brady had really wanted to give the mother closure, he should have done it decades ago. He was and is a sick pervert who liked/likes winding people up to satisfy his own desires.

I agree with you on all counts. He was the topic of convo at work this after then I came home and watched the documentary.

I didn't see the documentary. I will try and find it on catch up though.

Unless he was buried elsewhere, I doubt he knows where Keith is. Both he and Hindley were taken back to the moors in the 80's but only Pauline Reade was found.

They should carry on feeding him. Those kids didn't have a say in how they died, and nor should he.

Did any of you Brits seen last nights new doc on ITV?

Was really creepy listening to the tape of her talking about it.

yeah, i watched it.

the tape, all those 'landmark' photos, listening to that member of the jury.... and the girl hindley 'befriended'. *shudders*

he lives for control; he never intends to give up the whereabouts. it would be so tidy and simple if he did and then dies, but it's not going to happen. makes me wonder how many others he has stashed out there.

Imagine those who've listened to that tape though? That would haunt me forever.

I think there's more, whether those pair did them together or he did more alone before he met her.

All these 50 years later and I don't think there's a more chilling or fascinating murder case in this country before or since.

you know that bit where they thought the boy might be buried and used body-dogs (or whatever term they use for them) to try and sniff it out, first staking the ground a couple of feet? i have to wonder, after more than 50 years, just how reliable a technique that is. i understand dog's noses are incredibly tuned, but decomposition over 50 years? wouldn't everything except, maybe, a few bones, be one with the soil, or would the peat preserve it so much better?

I said that to my colleague at work this morning, all our technology and that's what we rely on! Still they did say that they can still detect a body even after 50 years. A hell of a snout on those pups eh?

I remember watching the footage from the sixties when they were searching. They were all in a line plunging their sticks in the moors then sniffing them. Can't believe it in this world of CSI and stuff now can you.
