I think somebody once tried to estimate the annual gallonage of semen ejaculated based on 50% of the world's population, average serving size and average frequency of orgasm.

Let's assume each male ejaculates around 5ml a couple of times a week (as an average, not you tiger!) so around a hundred shots a year. So each male cums around half a litre annually. Making the total annual volume of ejaculate a convenient 1,000,000,000 litres.
