I wish for moment in time I could actually do something right for a change. I wish just once it wasnt always my fault. I wish just once I would be the one that was wanted and needed. I wish I would change the last 24 hours. I wish I could go back and not leave the note he ended up leaving in a buddy's car. I wish I wasnt so stupid, so dumb, so pathetic and desperate. I wish I could be accepted for me, who I am and how I look. I wish just once I was lucky enough to get my wish. But wishes are for little girls with pigtails riding on their father's shoulders. Wishes only come true in the fairytale where Prince Charming rides off with the Princess and lives happily ever after. Daydreams, fairytales and wishes have no place in the real world.
