Green olives stuffed with jalopenos, or almonds. I have some olives with habeneros in them and in habenero sauce, but those are just too hot so I swapped them out for some regular pimento olives in the sauce and the big habenero olives in the regular olive pickling.

If you ever are in the northern part of California, just north of San Francisco, there is an area there that grows olives and they have every different kind you can imagine, including garlic stuffed which are good too. I also have a huge jar of European style olives - all different kinds, but they aren't pitted.

Can you tell I am an olive freak? I also love spicy garlic/crunchy/baby dill pickles.

No need to dress up, but I could use about a 2.5 lb salmon filet, fresh rosemary, and something crunchy from the produce aisle to put on the relish tray.
