Everytime I go to log into my hotmail e-mail account, I am asked to enter the characters in a box (kind of like what you get when you go through ticketmaster or something). So I do....

Then it prompts me to log in (which I just did). So I do.

Then it prompts me to log in.....


See the cycle?

It keeps repeating no matter what I do.

2 e-mails to hotmail customer service have gotten me nothing but a form e-mail and I am SO fucking mad I could spit nails.

I can't get into my e-mail and it's my personal e-mail account.

I need HELP or someone to choke.

Already did that. I get the message pop up that I have 5 new messages, but as soon as I click on the link to go to my account, the same things happens.

I've turned it down as far as my firewall will let me (same firewall I've used for 1 year)

I've even tried disabling my firewall.
