I'm the opposite - million and one ideas, but not enough self-discipline to sit down and turn them into stories.

Look to your own fantasies, your own enjoyable memories, and stories that you have enjoyed for inspiration.
I like to say that my stories are a sort of collage of various memories from my own past with a thick layer of embellishment placed on top. This story doesn't have to be strictly autobiographical. Rather, I just pick and choose a lot of snapshots and place them in the context of one single event. Real life is rarely as exciting as the events in my stories, but then that's why they call it erotic fiction. Try thinking of things that have happened to you and ask yourself, what would have made it even better?

I missed being around. At risk of thread-jacking (sorry
)...Kind of shut myself off in a down patch, and then couldn't bring myself back. Quite silly really. Managed to break out of it eventually though.
Started trying to write again too, which is fun.

Idea: why don't we have a secret santa thing, but with ideas instead of gifts. Everyone puts an idea into the pot - a basic situation or scenario, then they're given at random to other people?

It's this big kiddies' petting farm, and yes you can come!
I'll give you some Zade time, buy you some ice cream, and even kiss you to compensate for standing you up the last time

And some very rare wallabies apparently. And a few other unusual things that you don't find on an average farm.
One of their shire horses knocked my big brother over once, and then snickered at him.
It made me extremely happy.
