The last couple of days. The theatres were crowded last night also. We had to get out like everyone else. You can only stay indoors for so long. Try to relax babe. Glad to see you here.

It's only 8:30pm... I can't go to bed yet. I can make it through this. I'm worried over nothing. Not once has one of my fears ever been realized.

Good god the people on Survivor haven't showered in how many days and I don't see them keeling over yet. To think I used to make mud pies.

I did go out for ahwile today. I forced myself to go do what I was afraid of...I didn't die but I was really uncomfy. I just feel like someone is sitting on my chest.

How will I ever find someone who will understand this part of me. My Dr. says it may never go away completely. I'll go through periods of "quiet" where it seems to have disappeared and then all of a sudden it comes back with a vengance. Anxiety bites!

On the upside...I'm probably the cleanest person you'll ever meet.
