I think one of the main problems with the pre-Hodgson era, was that they were all taking it for granted that they were going to play.

I think Milner is one of the very few players left. I'm so glad for the team we have overall though.

I saw yesterday's game, Spain deserved the win and France were pretty lazy in midfield.

I think Terry (as much as I'm loathed to admit it) and Lescott have both been brilliant. Hart has been outstanding too :)

Milner has been a liability since the tournament began. I can't believe he still gets the start.

I've been no fan of Terry's in the past, but he has been very aggressive and great in defense. Too bad England's midfield is leaving the back line to fend for themselves.

Carrol looks great for having just come in. Very energetic, getting to the ball and getting involved. And his height and reach should be a bonus too. He's also pretty hot IMO.

I think you are right about Terry, and Milner, but I think that Carrol needs to have better service if he is going to be as effective as he needs to be.
 
I think my neighbors could probably hear me when I yelled at Rooney's bicycle kick in the box in injury time. Can you say FLASHBACK?
 
I think you are right. Carrol has been terrible since he came on. He can't control the ball and can't make a pass to space or to their feet to save his life. Disappointing.

I think he needs to get over his height and work on his feet. That boy needs to get those boats under control

I most certainly agree. Even though it's been 10 years, I still remember how lovely they are. I also think the Atlantic feels wonderful this time of year.
