I agree. I'm really surprised, at this level, that poor play by lazy and undisciplined players is rewarded with extensive playing time. Did you watch the match yesterday? Talk about lazy midfield play. Cost two goals yesterday.
And what about Terry? He is playing great today!

If by exciting you mean more dominant play or more scoring, perhaps. I agree neither seams especially skilled or strong.
But it HAS been entertaining if not exciting so far. At least I think so.

I think that i agree with you about that as well. I also have to say that both squads need to inject young talent into their sides and start to get more flow to their game, otherwise the rest of Europe will overtake them.

I don't think there is any debate that the remaining teams are playing more energized and spirited.
Although Italy seems to be picking up the pace. I really like their chances they are creating. They just need to finish.
