there should be a law against stupid people...

When someone calls in for support on a piece of software and they tell you the problem. So you start going through the steps to find out how to fix the problem. When they finally decide to tell you that they were cleaning up there files and deleted something in a dir that they didn't know was there....

Why do people do that... Do they think that I am spending all my time making these fucking files up... I HATE STUPID PEOPLE
