It's going to take a lot of liposuction to make me happy being naked with me. Once I lost the first 30 nothing else is moving and I don't like it. Better shape, physically, but still too lardish for naked.

Eh body's plateau from time to time...I know mine likes to at about 220lbs. Just means ya gotta work a bit harder
