I Quit Smoking Today

The cardiologist hadn't told me to yet because I don't see him till the 22nd. But the test last Monday confirmed a heart condition since the age of 11. I am not waiting I quit this morning!

I've been between smokes for quite a while now, you were standing beside me when I had my last one.

You can do this baby girl, you have lots of people behind you pulling for you but regardless of all of them do it for you.

Right now it's the hardest cause the new meds are making me so sick and that's when I smoke. But there are none in the house and won't go buy any. I simply refuse! I want to be around a while and enjoy life. I am 35 and have a long way and a lot of sex to go!!!

I was going to quit at the new year....but I was laid off...and smoking is part of my bad stress-management program.....

I'm still stressed out.....but I have two weeks worth of Zyban.....I'm scared, though.....which sounds weird.
