I only have a very basic idea so far...

That's an spin of Thorne Smith's classic TOPPER book (later films and TV series) where only a staid banker sees the exhibitionist drunkard ghosts haunting his domain. Hmmm, that gives me ideas for the next Hallowe'en contest here. Could rig that into a Valentine tale too, with sex-fiend ghost(s) match-making a shy or reluctant individual or couple (or more). In a more sinister telling, never-seen sex-ghosts are poltergeists playing infuriating, ominous tricks on mortals.

Sounds like an interesting book. I'll have to check it out. And not to be a broken record, but Dusk Maiden of Amnesia has a similar thing: http://www.crunchyroll.com/dusk-maiden-of-amnesia/episode-1-ghost-maiden-595775 He usually pretends he's on a cell phone while talking to her, but she doesn't have much modesty, either.

Be aware that Thorne Smith wrote for a mainstream-progressive 1920's-30's audience, so it's not quite explicit. Smith was an alcoholic journalist and was totally IN his time. My fave is NIGHT LIFE OF THE GODS, where all the deities embodied in statuary in New York's Museum of Natural History come alive for drunken orgies. A great plot bunny, there.
